VET S.O.S. was born from a simple but powerful idea in early 2022: veterans, service members, and military families need more than resources—they need connection, clarity, and a lifeline during transition. What began as a vision quickly became action.

The Beginning

On May 25, 2022, VET S.O.S. officially aired its first episode. The mission was clear from day one—to strengthen the military-to-civilian transition process by amplifying trusted voices, sharing practical tools, and creating meaningful conversations around career, education, entrepreneurship, mental health, and leadership.

The show steadily grew, building a loyal audience and expanding its impact across the veteran and military-connected community.

Organizational Evolution

As the platform expanded, so did its structure.

• September 21, 2023 – VET S.O.S. became a Limited Liability Company (LLC) to formalize operations and prepare for growth.
• March 1, 2025 – The LLC was dissolved as the organization transitioned into its next phase.
• March 12, 2025 – VET S.O.S. officially became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
